1.assemble all parts on the gatebooster, except the headers.

2.solder like as shown in my pictures some headers for midiimplant on the gatebooster pcb, i prefer a adapter with male/female headers to remove the midi pcb from gatebooster (for repairs or testing)

pin 3 and 5 of the midi jack is the signal what you have to connect with the 3 pol header (from left pin 1 and 2 ) on the gatebooster pcb, the third pin is for gate input from TTSH.

4. run a wire from CV1 to the TTSH mainboard pcb header EXT CV IN (no ground needed here)the CV out from the midiplant must be connected to the KBD CV out jack - switch pin:

Info

the KBD Out jack switch pin must be isolated from the pcb trace,: (TTSH REV 2-3-4)

2 options are possible:

  1. the KBD CV JACK: cut the trace between tip and switchpin jack switch-pin and connect the midiplant CV out to the switch pin.
  2. Or don’t solder the switch pin of the KBD CV JACK to the pcb, bend the pin outwards and use a cable shrink tube and connect there the cable to the midiplant CV out.

5. run connect 3 cables to the GATE/S-H section (AR/ADSR)
