AD: C69 is replaced with a .1u cap, and its (+) terminal is tapped to a SPDT on-off-on switch that will connect to (+) terminals on either a 10u or 1u cap in parallel with the .1u cap.

In this case you would use an on-on switch, and only add one cap, in the other place use a MTA header to connect the switch. In the AD, you would replace the original cap with a smaller one, and add the original 1u cap in parallel.
In the ADSR you would replace one of the two caps with 2.2u, install the 22u cap in the second location, and use the switch to engage the larger cap.
(1,5UF, 15UF, in combination of 150nF works too)
for easier connection use a MTA100 header to connect the capacitor switch.
connect both positive ends together, the middle pin is ground.
